Anna is a LaStone Therapy Practitioner and Nutrimetics Facialist. She has trained and works with numerous modalities including, Aromatherapy, Hawaiian and Thai Massage, Reflexology, Acupressure, On Site Seated Acupressure Massage, Hands Free Massage.

Anna has studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, Diet, Nutrition and Stress Management.

Anna is a professional teacher of; Anatomy and Physiology, Hot Stone Massage, On Site Massage, Hands Free Work and is a Baby Massage Instructor. Working at Brockenhurst College, Serenity School Bournemouth and Bournemouth Children Centres.

In addition, she has received Gaia Healing attunements and has attended many personal growth seminars.

Anna has 10 years expereince working in London, on National and International Retreats and has her private practice in Bournemouth.
Anna is currently doing Cert Ed training and Dip' Acupuncture.

Through my own personal progress in life I realise how a small amount of help can make a great change. My work now is an expression of my passion; seeing other people benefit and have their lives and relationships thrive and grow.

There is for me, nothing as satisfying as seeing individuals change and grow, family relationships heal and flourish and partnerships blossom with love and new relationships appear.

I have nine years of counselling experience, I am trained in Hypnotherapy and NLP. I have participated on many different courses and trained in various psychotherapeutic methods. Underpinning all, is the ability to be with, to love and respect others and ourselves.
